Voigtländer Announced Three New Sony E and Leica M-mount Lenses and Six Mirrorless Adapters


Voigtländer announced three lenses today: the Nokton 21mm f1.4 Aspherical, the Nokton 50mm f1.2 Aspherical for Sony’s e-mount, and the Nokton Vintage Line 75mm f/1.5 Aspherical VM lens for Leica M-mount.

Additionally, Voigtländer announced six mirrorless lens adapter for using m-mount lenses and e-mount lenses on various mirrorless cameras. The adapters include standard mount adapters that mate lenses to bodies and close focus adapters that include a helicoid that shortens the focusing distance of the lens on the mounted body. The new adapters are similar to Voigtländer’s close focusing adapter for M-mount to Sony-E mount. There new adapters are as follows:

  • VM-Z adapter
  • VM-Z close focusing lens adapter
  • EZ adapter
  • VM-RF lens adapter
  • VM-RF close focusing adapter
  • VM-X close focusing lens adapter
